Meet the Heart of Thai Herbal Wellness
Paul is a Dutch national who has called Thailand home since 2001, Paul brings a lifetime of hands-on knowledge about Thai herbs and spices. He wrote hundreds of online articles about Holistic Health. His deep understanding of cultivation, harvesting, and traditional preparations ensures every batch meets exacting standards of quality and authenticity. Paul’s global culinary perspective blends seamlessly with local Thai traditions, delivering products that are both culturally rooted and widely accessible. Thai Herbal Wellness is owned by his son, Shang Horstermans.
Paul’s wife, Litha, is a certified masseuse and dedicated practitioner of Thai medicinal herbs for over 20 years, Litha embodies the healing philosophy that underpins our offerings. Her experience with Thai formulations and holistic wellness informs every selection, blend, and recommendation we make. Her craft emphasizes safety, efficacy, and gentleness, making traditional remedies approachable for modern lifestyles. She runs a stand, in front of McDonalds, at the famous Chiang Mai Night Bazaar as well.
